Stallion India Fluorochemicals reported Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) revenue of ₹11,047.19 lakhs, up ~51% from ₹7,316.67 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Profit after tax grew ~23% to ₹1,036.32 lakhs from ₹841.56 lakhs, with EPS of ₹1.31. The statutory auditor (Mittal & Associates) issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion. The Board also approved raising up to ₹500 crore via securities or debt, a new ESOP 2025 plan with a specific 2% grant to a director, and appointed NKM & Associates as Secretarial Auditor. AGM is set for September 15, 2025, with book closure from September 8–14, 2025.
Strong top-line growth signals healthy demand, but operating margins appear compressed (PBT margin fell to ~12.5% from ~15.5%) mainly because Q1 FY25 had unusually high finance costs, which normalised this quarter after IPO proceeds were deployed. Shareholders should watch the ₹500 crore fundraising proposal at the AGM and pending capex utilisation on the semiconductor and refrigerant facilities, as these will shape future growth.
