Colab Platforms reported Q3 FY26 (Oct–Dec 2025) standalone revenue from operations of ₹4,552.61 lakhs, nearly doubling from ₹2,323.93 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue surged to ₹10,743.11 lakhs versus ₹4,859.57 lakhs in the same period last year, a jump of about 121%. Profit after tax for 9M FY26 was ₹389.01 lakhs, more than doubling from ₹191.01 lakhs in 9M FY25. However, sequentially, PAT slipped to ₹111.16 lakhs in Q3 FY26 from ₹157.06 lakhs in Q2 FY26, and EPS for the quarter fell to ₹0.054 from ₹0.077. The auditor (Rawka & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report, and the company added two new wholly-owned subsidiaries — Colab Semiconductor and Colab Intelligence — to push into semiconductor and AI-led businesses.
Strong year-on-year top-line and profit growth highlight healthy business expansion, which is positive for shareholders. The sequential dip in quarterly profit and the still-nascent subsidiary operations suggest investors should watch margin trends and execution on the new semiconductor/AI ventures in coming quarters.
