Dolphin Medical Services reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs. 20.61 lakhs, down from Rs. 24.30 lakhs in Q3 FY25 (about 15% YoY decline). For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue fell to Rs. 55.81 lakhs from Rs. 63.59 lakhs a year earlier. Despite lower revenue, net profit rose sharply to Rs. 1.68 lakhs in Q3 FY26 (vs Rs. 0.69 lakhs in Q3 FY25) and to Rs. 5.41 lakhs for nine months (vs Rs. 3.62 lakhs), helped by a steep drop in other expenses from Rs. 46.11 lakhs to Rs. 26.23 lakhs on a nine-month basis. The auditor (Kota and Associates) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. The company still carries negative reserves of Rs. (506.04) lakhs as per the last audited annual results.
Margins have improved significantly as costs were cut, lifting profitability even on lower sales — a positive operational signal for shareholders. However, the ongoing revenue decline and the deeply negative reserves position remain concerns that investors should watch closely.
