Standard Industries Ltd reported standalone revenue of Rs. 3,068.34 lakhs for FY26, up 37.3% from Rs. 2,234.98 lakhs in FY25. However, the company continues to incur losses with standalone net loss of Rs. 1,759.22 lakhs (vs Rs. 1,378.75 lakhs loss in FY25) and consolidated net loss of Rs. 1,950.17 lakhs. Revenue growth was driven by the trading segment. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.25 per share (5% on face value), adding to the Rs. 0.55 interim dividend already paid in March 2026. The company also approved assignment of development rights in Dadar West land to Prabhadevi Developer Private Limited for Rs. 169.51 crore plus 25,774.61 sq ft residential area allocation. Auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion.
The company achieved strong revenue growth but remains loss-making, which is a concern for investors. The significant land development deal could provide future cash flows. The auditors drew attention to the Rs. 5,969.82 lakh investment in subsidiary Standard Salt Works Limited but did not modify their opinion.
