Q1 FY27 revenue fell to Rs 99.35 crore from Rs 108.61 crore, while EBITDA was Rs 17.22 crore at a 17.3 percent margin and PAT was Rs 0.65 crore. Management attributed the decline mainly to B2B shipment disruption from the West Asia crisis and delayed housing handovers, but said gross margin held. The B2B order book was Rs 68 crore, with products awaiting logistics. A Q1 internal control review also found fraud and fund misappropriation involving the company secretary; investigation is ongoing.
Near-term revenue and profit face pressure, but the Rs 68 crore order book and selective expansion may support recovery; the fraud investigation is a risk.
