Stanley Lifestyles reported strong Q1 FY27 results. Consolidated revenue grew 26.5 percent to Rs. 99.15 crore versus Rs. 78.37 crore YoY, while PAT surged 110 percent to Rs. 15.32 crore versus Rs. 7.28 crore. Standalone revenue rose 18.7 percent to Rs. 66.40 crore with PAT at Rs. 10.61 crore versus Rs. 3.33 crore. Results include exceptional items: a Rs. 2.35 crore charge linked to misappropriation of funds by the former Company Secretary who was terminated for misconduct, partially offset by reversal of employee benefit liabilities due to labour code restructuring. New CFO Sudhir Iyer appointed. Auditor Deloitte Haskins and Sells LLP issued an unmodified opinion.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth, but misappropriation by former CS and CFO change raise governance concerns. Watch recovery efforts and legal action.
