Star Cement's Board, at its meeting on August 8, 2025, declared an interim dividend of Re. 1 per equity share (100% on face value of Re. 1) for FY 2025-26, with a record date of August 14, 2025 and payment to be made by September 7, 2025. The Board also approved Q1 FY26 results, with standalone revenue from operations rising to Rs. 54,473.50 lakhs from Rs. 47,174.58 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 15.5%. Standalone profit after tax was Rs. 2,418.95 lakhs (EPS Rs. 0.60), compared to a loss of Rs. 1,313.28 lakhs in Q1 FY25, marking a strong turnaround. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to Rs. 91,199.25 lakhs from Rs. 75,100.57 lakhs (about 21% growth), and PAT jumped to Rs. 9,816.46 lakhs from Rs. 3,098.92 lakhs. The statutory auditors (Singhi & Co.) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications.
