Star Cement's Board, at its meeting on August 8, 2025, approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 544.74 crore from Rs. 471.75 crore in Q1 FY25 (about 15.5% growth), while standalone profit after tax swung to Rs. 24.19 crore from a loss of Rs. 13.13 crore a year ago. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew about 21% to Rs. 911.99 crore and PAT jumped to Rs. 98.16 crore from Rs. 30.99 crore. The Board also declared an interim dividend of Re. 1 per share (100% on face value), with a record date of August 14, 2025 and payment by September 7, 2025. Statutory auditor Singhi & Co. issued an unmodified limited review report.
Strong quarter with consolidated revenue crossing the 20% YoY growth mark and PAT more than tripling, supported by turnaround in standalone profitability. Interim dividend signals confidence in cash flows and is positive for shareholders; the stock may see short-term support near the record date.
