Star Cement reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 531.83 cr and PAT of Rs 23.11 cr, a turnaround from a Rs 44.31 cr loss a year ago. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 880 cr, PAT to Rs 74.20 cr. Board declared 2nd interim dividend of Re. 1 per share with record date Feb 12, 2026, payable by March 8. Also approved reclassification of 29 Chamaria Group members holding 6.05% stake from promoter to public category.
Earnings turnaround and dividend cheer shareholders; promoter reclassification reduces overhang and may improve float.
