Amritansh Chamaria, a Person Acting in Concert (PAC) with the promoters of Star Cement Ltd, has created a fresh pledge on 5,00,000 shares (0.12% of total share capital) in favour of Bajaj Financial Securities Limited as Loan Against Shares. Before this event, he held 25,07,800 shares (0.62%), of which 16,00,000 were already pledged. After the new pledge, his encumbered shares rise to 21,00,000 shares, meaning roughly 84% of his entire holding is now pledged. The transaction was carried out on March 31, 2025 and reported to the exchanges on April 1, 2025.
