Before this event, he held 25,07,800 shares (0.62%), of which 16,00,000 were already pledged. After the new pledge, his encumbered shares rise to 21,00,000 shares, meaning roughly 84% of his entire holding is now pledged. The transaction was carried out on March 31, 2025 and reported to the exchanges on April 1, 2025.
Although the absolute number of pledged shares is small in company-wide terms, nearly all of this PAC's personal stake is now pledged as collateral for a loan.
