The Board of Star Housing Finance Ltd, at its meeting on 12th September 2025, approved raising funds of up to Rs. 99 Crores through a Rights Issue of fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs. 5 each. The issue will be offered to existing eligible equity shareholders on a record date that is yet to be announced. Key terms such as the issue price, entitlement ratio, timing, and payment terms will be decided later by the Board or a newly formed Rights Issue Committee. The Draft Letter of Offer was also approved for filing with BSE.
