Exceptional items of Rs 668.22 crore included Rs 451.34 crore increase in gratuity liability and Rs 216.88 crore net impact from DVC electricity tariff dispute adjustment. Revenue includes Rs 9,723.71 crore from government agencies recognized at provisional prices. EBITDA margin compressed to approximately 11.1% from 12.0% in FY25.
Strong profit growth of 50%+ YoY and dividend declaration are positive signals for shareholders, though EBITDA margin compression and provisional pricing on government sales warrant monitoring.
