Steel Exchange India Ltd (SEIL) has disclosed that Catalyst Trusteeship Limited, acting as Debenture Trustee on behalf of debenture holders of Vizag Profiles Private Limited, has received a pledge of 18,61,55,375 equity shares (14.93% of total share capital and 14.59% of diluted share capital) pursuant to a Debenture Trust Deed dated 6th December 2025. Catalyst Trusteeship held NIL shares before this pledge and now stands at 14.93% solely in the capacity of a Debenture Trustee (not as a promoter). Vizag Profiles Private Limited is the pledgor, and Umashiv Garments Private Limited is also referenced in connection with the transaction.
