Steel Strips Infrastructures Ltd announced audited results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Standalone revenue for FY25 was ₹129.85 lakh versus ₹131.53 lakh in FY24. The standalone net loss narrowed significantly from ₹132.89 lakh in FY24 to ₹86.43 lakh in FY25 — a 35% reduction in losses. Q4 FY25 revenue (₹122.36 lakh) was much higher than Q4 FY24 (₹32.80 lakh). On a consolidated basis, however, the net loss widened sharply to ₹1,684.63 lakh from ₹1,326.91 lakh in FY24, primarily dragged down by losses from its associate Malwa Camtex Udyog Ltd. The statutory auditor (S.C. Dewan & Co.) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The board also appointed a new Secretarial Auditor (S.K. Sikka & Associates) for five years and a new Internal Auditor (Gupta Abhinav & Associates) for FY26.
Mixed picture for shareholders. Standalone losses are narrowing — a positive sign — but the consolidated picture worsened sharply because of losses at the associate company. A clean audit opinion is reassuring, but persistent losses on both standalone and consolidated bases remain a concern.
