Q2 standalone revenue rose 150% to Rs192,992.15 lakh from Rs77,247.39 lakh, while profit after tax rose to Rs11,474.25 lakh from Rs3,004.65 lakh. H1 revenue rose 44% to Rs343,973.94 lakh. The board declared Rs1.50 per share interim dividend and approved up to Rs1,400 crore of new Maharashtra capacity, subject to approvals. It renewed a five-year lease with wholly owned subsidiary AMW Autocomponent at Rs45 lakh monthly rent. Earlier figures were restated or regrouped.
Strong sales and profit growth plus the dividend may support sentiment, while the Rs1,400 crore expansion raises funding and execution risk.
