For the six months ended 30 September 2026, standalone revenue rose 44 percent to Rs 343.97 crore from Rs 238.74 crore. Profit after tax rose to Rs 19.03 crore from Rs 4.70 crore. The board declared a Rs 0.50 per share interim dividend and approved a Rs 1,400 crore Maharashtra expansion within 60 months, subject to approvals. It also renewed a five-year lease with wholly owned subsidiary AMW Autocomponent for Rs 45 lakh per month.
Strong sales and profit growth and the dividend may support sentiment, but the expansion could raise funding and execution risks over five years.
