Stellant Securities reported strong full-year results for FY25, with revenue from operations jumping to Rs. 181.40 lakhs from Rs. 45.01 lakhs in FY24 — a roughly 4x increase. Total income for the year stood at Rs. 187.62 lakhs. Profit after tax surged to Rs. 129.11 lakhs (vs Rs. 35.63 lakhs last year), translating to an EPS of Rs. 17.44. For Q4 alone, revenue rose to Rs. 32.55 lakhs (vs Rs. 14.75 lakhs) and net profit came in at Rs. 18.25 lakhs (vs Rs. 9.82 lakhs). The balance sheet strengthened sharply with total assets nearly doubling to Rs. 226.37 lakhs, driven mostly by cash and equivalents of Rs. 183.78 lakhs. The statutory auditor R. K. Khandelwal & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
Massive top-line and profit growth is a positive signal for shareholders, though the absolute numbers are small in scale. Strong cash build-up and clean audit opinion reduce near-term concerns. Stock may react positively but investors should note the small base effect behind the large percentage gains.
