Board approved unaudited Q2 and H1 results. Standalone Q2 revenue rose 33% to Rs 22,589.34 lakh, but profit after tax fell 31% to Rs 1,363.07 lakh. Consolidated H1 profit was Rs 673.70 lakh, down 61%. Operating cash flow was negative at Rs 4,002.03 lakh standalone and Rs 5,222.91 lakh consolidated. The prior-year result included a Rs 949.64 lakh DMRC gain. The finance chief was replaced immediately.
Revenue growth is positive, but lower profit and negative cash flow may pressure the stock. The same-day replacement reduces continuity risk.
