Sterling Tools approved Q2 and H1 FY26 unaudited results. Standalone Q2 revenue rose 1.9% to Rs 16,993 lakhs; standalone PAT rose to Rs 1,980 lakhs from Rs 1,188 lakhs, mainly due to a one-time exceptional gain of Rs 949.64 lakhs from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation land compensation. Excluding this, standalone PAT actually declined. Standalone H1 PAT was Rs 3,085 lakhs. Consolidated H1 revenue Rs 39,999 lakhs; consolidated H1 PAT Rs 2,617 lakhs. Board also appointed Roney John as Chief Manufacturing Officer.
Core earnings excluding one-time DMRC compensation actually declined year-on-year, suggesting underlying weakness despite headline PAT growth.
