On the reaction day the stock moved 4.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

The Board approved unaudited Q2 FY26 results. Revenue was INR 1,034 crore versus INR 1,074 crore a year earlier, while EBITDA rose to INR 141 crore from INR 119 crore and margin expanded to 13.6% from 11.1%. Net profit was INR 4 crore versus an INR 14 crore loss. H1 revenue was INR 2,054 crore and net profit INR 14 crore. The open order book reached INR 5,188 crore after about 135% year-on-year growth.
Profit recovery, wider margins and strong orders may support the stock, but lower sales, net debt and tariff pressure remain risks.
