Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved unaudited Q2 and H1 FY26 results. Standalone Q2 revenue fell to Rs 198.27 cr from Rs 316.32 cr (down 37%). H1 revenue dropped to Rs 365.81 cr vs Rs 635.79 cr, a 42% decline. Standalone H1 PAT swung to a loss of Rs 10.18 cr from a profit of Rs 23.19 cr. Consolidated H1 PAT was a loss of Rs 41.71 cr against a profit of Rs 6.04 cr. Operating cash flow stayed negative. Board also cleared amendments to ESOP 2025, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot.
Weak results: sharp revenue decline, swing to losses, and negative operating cash flow may weigh on the stock. ESOP amendments await shareholder vote.
