On the reaction day the stock moved 0.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
STL Networks received Rs 27 crore from promoter Twin Star Overseas Limited, being 25 percent of the total consideration, as initial subscription towards 4.5 crore warrants convertible into equity shares on a preferential basis. Total issue value is up to Rs 108 crore, approved by shareholders via postal ballot on May 19, 2026. The company is awaiting in-principle approval from stock exchanges before proceeding with warrant allotment.
Promoter capital infusion signals confidence; pending equity dilution once in-principle approval is received and balance 75 percent is paid.
