Aris International Limited submitted its unaudited standalone results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025. Revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs 4.75 lakhs, up sharply from Rs 2.03 lakhs in the same quarter last year. For the nine-month period, revenue jumped to Rs 20.43 lakhs compared to Rs 5.20 lakhs in the corresponding period of FY25, a roughly 4x increase. The company reported a profit after tax of Rs 4.61 lakhs in Q3 FY26 versus Rs 0.32 lakhs a year ago, and turned around to a nine-month PAT of Rs 5.75 lakhs from a loss of Rs 2.94 lakhs in the same period last year. Basic EPS for the quarter was Rs 0.31, and for nine months was Rs 0.38. The statutory auditor, B.M. Gattani & Co., issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
A strong revenue rebound and a turnaround to profit suggest improving operations, but the absolute numbers remain very small (revenue under Rs 21 lakhs for nine months), so this is more a sign of business recovery than scale. Minor positive for shareholders; unlikely to move the stock meaningfully on its own.
