Stove Kraft Limited reported FY25 revenue from operations of ₹1,449.8 crore, up about 6.3% from ₹1,364.3 crore in FY24. Profit after tax grew roughly 12.8% to ₹38.5 crore (FY24: ₹34.1 crore), with basic EPS at ₹11.65 versus ₹10.30 a year ago. However, Q4FY25 revenue of ₹313.0 crore dipped about 3.8% year-on-year, and quarterly profit after tax fell sharply to ₹1.45 crore from ₹2.66 crore. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹3 per share (30% on face value of ₹10), subject to shareholder approval, with the record date set for 19 September 2025 and AGM on 26 September 2025. The Board also approved the appointment of BMP & Co. LLP as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term from FY26 to FY30. Statutory auditor Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP issued an unmodified opinion on the results.
Steady full-year growth in revenue and profit, plus a 30% dividend, is broadly positive for shareholders, but the weak Q4 performance may temper near-term sentiment. The unmodified audit opinion and ongoing resolution of past income-tax search matters provide some comfort, though the tax dispute remains a watch item.
