Stove Kraft posted Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs. 474.42 crore, up 13.4% YoY from Rs. 418.31 crore in Q2 FY25 and up 39.5% sequentially from Q1 FY26. Half-year revenue stood at Rs. 814.53 crore versus Rs. 732.76 crore in H1 FY25 (about 11.2% YoY). Profit after tax for the quarter rose about 27.8% YoY to Rs. 21.36 crore from Rs. 16.72 crore, while H1 PAT grew to Rs. 31.79 crore from Rs. 24.92 crore (about 27.6% YoY). Basic EPS for the quarter was Rs. 6.46 versus Rs. 5.06 a year ago. Operating cash flow for H1 FY26 was healthy at Rs. 107.41 crore, and the company repaid Rs. 42.35 crore of short-term borrowings during the period. Separately, the board approved the grant of 6,348 stock options at Rs. 787.65 per option under the ESOP 2018 plan.
The results show a clear recovery with strong sequential growth, improving profitability, and reduced debt, which is positive for shareholders. The ESOP grant is a small (~0.2% of equity) dilution and is standard employee retention practice. Investors should note the ongoing Income Tax assessment proceedings (a demand of about Rs. 13.5 crore) flagged by auditors, though management believes it will not have a material adverse impact.
