Stove Kraft reported its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) standalone unaudited results. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 340.1 crore, up about 8% from Rs 314.5 crore in Q1 FY25, while net profit grew to Rs 10.4 crore from Rs 8.2 crore, a jump of roughly 27% year-on-year. Basic EPS stood at Rs 3.15 versus Rs 2.48 a year earlier. Total expenses grew 8% to Rs 328.8 crore. Separately, the board approved the grant of 18,162 stock options to eligible employees under the ESOP Plan 2018, priced at Rs 578.10 per option. Price Waterhouse issued an unmodified limited review report but drew attention to the ongoing income tax search and assessment proceedings.
Strong profit growth on modest revenue expansion suggests margin improvement, which is positive for shareholders. The ESOP grant causes mild dilution risk but is small relative to the share base. The income tax matter remains a watchpoint, though management views it as not materially adverse.
