On the reaction day the stock moved 10.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 10.2 pts more than its Pharmaceuticals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY26 revenue was Rs 12,208.31 million, up 4.6%, and profit after tax Rs 1,315.24 million, up 82%. Half-year revenue was Rs 23,405.67 million and continuing profit after tax Rs 2,371.17 million. Net exceptional charge was Rs 87.72 million. Calculated margin before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation rose to about 21.2% from 18.3%. Prior figures were restated for the demerger and discontinued operations.
Strong profit growth and wider margins support sentiment, but 4.6% sales growth and a 14% inventory rise limit the immediate positive signal.
