On the reaction day the stock moved 3.6 pts less than its Pharmaceuticals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Consolidated Q2 revenue was Rs 14,297 million, up 17.1% year on year. Q2 net profit was Rs 1,341 million, up 2.0%. For the half year, revenue rose 15.2% to Rs 26,951 million and net profit rose 26.3% to Rs 2,996 million. A net exceptional gain of Rs 615 million, mainly from Pivot Path, lifted half-year profit, while cash from operations fell to Rs 1,066 million from Rs 3,915 million.
Higher sales and half-year profit are positive, but flat Q2 profit, the exceptional gain and weaker cash generation may temper the stock's reaction.
