String Metaverse Limited has completed its rights issue, allotting 94,71,445 fully paid-up equity shares at ₹52 per share (face value ₹10, premium of ₹42). The total issue size was up to ₹49.25 crore, and the record date for eligible shareholders was April 4, 2025. Following this allotment, the company's paid-up equity capital has risen from ₹106.96 crore (10.69 crore shares) to ₹116.43 crore (11.64 crore shares). The Rights Issue Committee approved the allotment on May 5, 2025, after finalising the basis of allotment with BSE.
