Consolidated Q2 revenue was Rs 34,052 lakh, up 16.4% year on year, and net profit rose 13.4% to Rs 4,235 lakh. H1 revenue rose 15.9% to Rs 66,699 lakh and net profit jumped 38.0% to Rs 9,051 lakh. Operating cash flow was positive at Rs 2,657 lakh. Production started at a new laminate plant on September 22. The board also proposed splitting each Rs 5 share into five Rs 1 shares, subject to approvals.
H1 profit growth supports sentiment, but cash flow fell sharply. The proposed 1:5 split may improve retail liquidity, with no change in value.
