Board approved Q3 and nine-month FY26 unaudited results. Standalone Q3 revenue Rs 27,096.74 lakh (up 6.4% YoY); nine-month revenue Rs 84,911.11 lakh (up 10.8%). Q3 net profit Rs 3,732.49 lakh; nine-month PAT Rs 11,156.92 lakh (up about 20% YoY). Consolidated results show exceptional items of Rs 1,451.88 lakh for nine months. Company fully wrote off its investment in Malaysia associate Alca Vstyle Sdn Bhd. New third laminates plant in Panchkula expected to start operations in March 2026. Statutory auditor Mittal Goel and Associates issued an unmodified limited review opinion.
Revenue and profit growth are healthy. Exceptional charge of Rs 1,451.88 lakh and full write-off of Malaysia associate may concern investors; capacity expansion is positive.
