Styrenix declared Q3 FY26 results. Standalone revenue was Rs 646.55 Cr versus Rs 673.46 Cr YoY. Standalone PAT came in at Rs 54.34 Cr. Board approved a 2nd interim dividend of Rs 23 per share (230 percent) with record date February 5, 2026. An exceptional item of about Rs 3.12 Cr was booked for the new Labour Codes impact on gratuity and leave encashment. Mr K Ravishankar was reappointed as Whole-time Director for two years from April 2026.
Interim dividend of Rs 23 signals healthy cash flows. Revenue declined around 4 percent YoY but margins held. Labour Code charge is a one-time headwind.
