On the reaction day the stock moved 9.4 pts less than its Specialty Chemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Styrenix approved unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. Consolidated Q2 revenue rose 46.0% to Rs 705.26 crore from Rs 483.03 crore. Standalone first-half profit rose 30.6% to Rs 305.88 crore from Rs 234.27 crore. An exceptional item was reported. Consolidated operating cash flow was an outflow of Rs 64.83 crore. A Thailand unit posted a Rs 29.62 crore loss. The limited review was not qualified.
Higher sales and profit support sentiment, but cash burn, a one-off item and a Thailand subsidiary loss make the near-term picture mixed.
