On the reaction day the stock moved 0.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.2 pts less than its Specialty Chemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Styrenix Performance Materials board declared an interim dividend of Rs 23 (230 percent) per equity share for FY 2026-27, with August 10, 2026 fixed as the record date. Q1 FY27 standalone revenue rose to Rs 768.04 Cr from Rs 656.36 Cr in the previous quarter. Profit after tax jumped to Rs 137.32 Cr versus Rs 84.31 Cr in Q4 FY26 and Rs 54.87 Cr a year ago. Standalone EPS doubled year on year to Rs 78.09 from Rs 31.20. Consolidated revenue was Rs 1,010.86 Cr with PAT of Rs 138.30 Cr.
Q1 profit more than doubled year on year and a generous 230 percent interim dividend should support the stock ahead of the August 10 record date.
