On the reaction day the stock moved 0.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.6 pts more than its Specialty Chemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Styrenix reported standalone and consolidated unaudited results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended Sep 30, 2025). Standalone Q2 revenue from operations came in at about Rs 653 crore versus about Rs 721 crore in Q2 FY25, a decline of around 9 percent. Consolidated results now include the Thailand step-down subsidiary acquired in January 2025. The Thailand unit contributed revenue of about Rs 228 crore with a small loss. Talati and Talati LLP issued an unmodified limited review conclusion on both sets of results but flagged an Emphasis of Matter on the June 26, 2025 merger of two common-control Thailand subsidiaries.
Revenue softness YoY but profits improved. Thailand integration continues; emphasis of matter on merger is non-modified and does not alter the auditor opinion.
