Subex Ltd reported consolidated revenue of ₹7,296 lakh for Q4 FY26 (vs ₹7,079 lakh in Q3) and ₹27,906 lakh for full year FY26 (vs ₹28,561 lakh in FY25), a marginal YoY decline of ~2.3%. The company swung to net profit of ₹2,853 lakh in FY26 from a net loss of ₹3,144 lakh in FY25 — a net improvement of ~₹6,000 lakh. Normalised EBITDA grew over 4x to ₹2,878 lakh with margins expanding from ~2% to ~10%. Exceptional items included a ₹2,847 lakh impairment of investment in subsidiary Subex Assurance LLP (standalone), a ₹422 lakh profit on sale of business unit (ID Central), and ₹466 lakh statutory impact of new labour codes. Cash flows from operations were healthy at ₹7,151 lakh for FY26. Statutory auditors MSKC & Associates LLP issued an unmodified opinion. Directors' changes included the re-appointment of Mr. Rupinder Goel as Independent Director and appointment of Mr. Stephane Raymond Marie Le Letty as Additional Director.
The company has achieved a strong profitability turnaround after two loss-making years, driven by cost discipline and improved collections (reversal of impairment allowance). However, revenue declined marginally YoY, which investors may watch for sustained growth. The large exceptional impairment of ₹2,847 lakh raises questions about subsidiary value, though the core telecom AI business appears to be stabilising.
