Subex posted consolidated Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 70.79 crore, up 2.7 percent from the prior quarter. Nine month revenue fell to Rs 206.1 crore from Rs 215 crore. Profit after tax turned around strongly, posting Rs 2.93 crore in Q3 and Rs 18.6 crore for nine months versus a loss of Rs 13.8 crore last year. Normalized EBITDA margin expanded to 13.1 percent from near zero. Results include a one-time Rs 4.5 crore charge for new labour codes.
Strong profit recovery and improved margins are positive, but year-on-year revenue decline and one-time charges warrant cautious evaluation by investors.
