Soni Medicare, a Jaipur-based single-segment (Healthcare Facilities) company, reported FY25 revenue from operations of ₹29.84 crore, up about 9.5% from ₹27.26 crore in FY24. Total income rose to ₹31.18 crore from ₹28.52 crore. The net loss narrowed sharply to roughly ₹16.7 lakh in FY25 from a much larger loss of ₹168.2 lakh in FY24, with profit before tax improving from -₹162.8 lakh to -₹22.2 lakh. For the standalone fourth quarter, the company swung to a net profit of ₹34.7 lakh compared with a loss of ₹89.5 lakh in Q4 FY24, lifting basic EPS to ₹0.51 from -₹2.10. Operating cash flow turned strongly positive at ₹153.6 lakh versus ₹7.7 lakh last year. The statutory auditor (Tambi Ashok & Associates) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
This is a clear turnaround story for retail investors: losses have shrunk dramatically, quarterly profitability returned, and cash generation strengthened. However, the balance sheet still shows negative reserves (-₹296.7 lakh) and meaningful borrowings, so the recovery is early-stage and warrants continued monitoring before drawing strong conclusions on long-term stock performance.
