Alstone Textiles (India) Ltd informed BSE that it received a Regulation 29(2) SAST disclosure from Lavender Holdings Pvt. Ltd., a non-promoter entity. Lavender Holdings sold 13,02,69,087 equity shares (2.07% of paid-up capital) through off-market transactions on September 11, 16, and 18, 2025. As a result, its holding in the company dropped from 11.55% (72,49,99,900 shares) to 9.48% (59,47,30,813 shares), taking it below the 10% disclosure threshold. The company's total equity share capital stands at 62,74,80,000 shares of Re. 1 each.
Since Lavender Holdings is explicitly stated to be outside the promoter/promoter group, this disposal does not affect promoter control or management of Alstone Textiles.
