Tiaan Consumer reported a loss of ₹10.17 lakhs in Q2 FY26, reversing the ₹4.57 lakh profit posted in Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations fell sharply to ₹5.22 lakhs in Q2 FY26 from ₹10.39 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a roughly 50% year-on-year drop. For the half year, revenue dropped to ₹10.39 lakhs (vs ₹21.68 lakhs in H1 FY25) and the company swung to a loss of ₹5.59 lakhs from a profit of ₹3.45 lakhs a year earlier. Operating cash flow turned negative at ₹(6.93) lakhs versus a positive ₹23.44 lakhs in H1 FY25. The auditor, VRSK & Associates, issued a limited review report that includes an Emphasis of Matter paragraph, while the balance sheet shows negative other equity of ₹(334.50) lakhs and non-current borrowings of ₹2,500 lakhs against total equity of just ₹692.40 lakhs.
Persistent losses, halving revenue, negative other equity, and an auditor's Emphasis of Matter are significant red flags for shareholders and could weigh negatively on the stock. The weak operating cash flow and very high borrowings relative to equity raise concerns about financial stability.
