Subros Q1 FY27 standalone revenue rose 17.5% to Rs 1,03,211 lakhs from Rs 87,825 lakhs YoY. Net profit was Rs 4,138 lakhs vs Rs 4,066 lakhs, up 1.8%. EPS was Rs 6.34. Board also signed a Technical Assistance Agreement with DENSO and Toyota Industries to localize electric compressors for EV and hybrid vehicles at Karsanpura, Gujarat. DENSO nominee director Tomoaki Yoshimori resigned; Akihiro Deguchi replaces him. Auditor Price Waterhouse gave an unqualified review report.
Revenue growth strong, but margins and PAT nearly flat. EV compressor deal is positive long-term, supporting future growth in electric mobility.
