Subros reported Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 1,032.1 cr, up 17.5% YoY from Rs 878.3 cr. PAT rose marginally to Rs 41.4 cr from Rs 40.7 cr. EBITDA margin compressed to about 8.5% from 10% YoY as costs rose faster. Board signed a Technical Assistance Agreement with DENSO and Toyota Industries to localize electric compressor manufacturing in Gujarat, and appointed Mr Akihiro Deguchi as DENSO nominee director replacing Mr Tomoaki Yoshimori. Auditor Price Waterhouse gave an unqualified review report.
Revenue growth is encouraging but flat PAT and margin compression may limit near-term upside. EV compressor deal offers a positive long term catalyst.
