Suditi Industries' board approved its Q1 FY26 results on August 4, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations nearly doubled to Rs 2,339.93 lakhs vs Rs 1,260.64 lakhs in Q1 FY25 (~86% growth). The company swung from a Rs 231.67 lakh loss in Q1 FY25 to a Rs 197.61 lakh profit in Q1 FY26 on a standalone basis, with EPS of Rs 0.50 vs Rs (0.88) earlier. On a consolidated basis, revenue rose to Rs 2,863.60 lakhs from Rs 1,460.17 lakhs and PAT turned to Rs 208.19 lakhs profit from Rs 272.97 lakh loss. The auditor (Chaturvedi & Partners) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications. However, the wholly-owned subsidiary Suditi Design Studio Ltd has its net worth fully eroded due to past accumulated losses, and management is evaluating revival options while continuing to treat it as a going concern.
A sharp rebound in revenue and a return to profitability year-on-year is positive for shareholders, but the going-concern risk on the design studio subsidiary remains a watch item. Short-term stock reaction could be modestly positive given the strong earnings swing.
