Suditi Industries allotted 29,703 convertible warrants at Rs. 59.12 each (including Rs. 49.12 premium) to non-promoter Nitu Ashish Bansal on a preferential basis. Only 25% upfront (Rs. 14.78 per warrant) was received, totaling Rs. 4.39 lakh. The balance 75% is payable within 18 months on conversion into one equity share of Rs. 10 face value each. Shareholder approval was obtained on Jan 16, 2026, with BSE in-principle nod received on March 16, 2026.
No immediate capital change as warrants are yet to be converted. Small issue size (~Rs 17.56 lakh) limits dilution and material impact on shareholding.
