Sugs Lloyd Limited's board approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2025 (H1 FY26), its first set of results post its September 2025 BSE SME listing. Revenue from operations nearly doubled to ₹12,303.06 lakhs from ₹6,336.07 lakhs in H1 FY25, a growth of about 94% year-on-year. Profit after tax rose to ₹1,181.85 lakhs (standalone) from ₹610.21 lakhs, up around 94%, with EPS at ₹5.09 versus ₹3.76. The board also approved major leadership changes: Mr. Santosh Kumar Shah (currently Non-Executive Director, spouse of Mrs. Priti Shah) will move to Managing Director and Executive Chairman; Mrs. Priti Shah will move from Managing Director to Whole Time Director; and Mr. Kapil Dev Marwah will shift from Whole Time Director to Executive Director, all subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. A new Secretarial Auditor (M/s Pramod Kothari & Co.) was also appointed for FY 2025-26.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth reflects positive early momentum after the recent IPO, though operating cash flow remained negative at ₹(596.54) lakhs, largely due to a sharp jump in trade receivables. The concentration of top leadership (husband-wife promoter team now occupying Chairman/MD and WTD roles) may be a governance point for retail investors to watch through the postal ballot process.
