Sugs Lloyd Limited reported strong H1 FY26 results with standalone revenue from operations nearly doubling to Rs 12,303.06 lakhs from Rs 6,336.07 lakhs in H1 FY25, a jump of about 94%. Standalone profit after tax rose to Rs 1,181.85 lakhs from Rs 610.21 lakhs, again about 94% higher year-on-year, lifting basic EPS to Rs 5.09 (vs Rs 3.76). On a consolidated basis, net profit stood at Rs 1,183.36 lakhs with EPS of Rs 5.10. The company recently completed its IPO on September 5, 2025, raising Rs 7,180.78 lakhs, which has sharply boosted cash and reserves; cash and bank balances jumped from Rs 66.77 lakhs to Rs 5,845.21 lakhs. The board also approved redesignations of three directors, including Santosh Kumar Shah becoming Managing Director and Executive Chairman, and appointed M/s Pramod Kothari & Co. as the Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26. The auditor issued an unmodified limited review conclusion on both standalone and consolidated results.
For shareholders, this is a positive first results update post the recent SME listing, showing sharp revenue and profit growth on a low base, though the negative operating cash flow of about Rs 596 lakhs is a watch point as working capital needs are rising alongside the business.
