Sulabh Engineers & Services Limited, an NBFC, declared unaudited results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended 30 Sept 2025) on 14 October 2025. On a standalone basis, Q2 PAT came in at Rs. 63.63 lakhs vs Rs. 60.08 lakhs in the previous quarter, while H1 FY26 PAT was Rs. 123.71 lakhs (vs Rs. 128.87 lakhs in H1 FY25, a ~4% YoY decline). On a consolidated basis, H1 FY26 revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs. 214.94 lakhs from Rs. 345.08 lakhs in H1 FY25 (about 38% YoY decline), though consolidated H1 PAT was broadly flat at Rs. 117.00 lakhs. Standalone EPS stood at Rs. 0.063 for Q2. The statutory auditor M/s Ranjit Jain & Co. issued an unmodified limited review conclusion on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also disclosed that related party transactions for the half year would be filed separately in XBRL format.
The sharp drop in consolidated revenue is a red flag for investors, even as standalone numbers remain stable and profit after tax is broadly maintained. Operating cash flow turned negative in both standalone (Rs. -4 lakh) and consolidated (Rs. -1 lakh) results versus strong inflows last year, suggesting working capital or loan-book stress at the NBFC. However, the balance sheet remains healthy with very low debt (D/E ~0.04) and growing other equity, which provides cushion.
