Sumeet Industries (still under CIRP) posted Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 269.30 cr, up 11% YoY. Q2 PAT was Rs 9.86 cr vs Rs 13.87 cr (prior included exceptional gains). H1 PAT rose to Rs 17.84 cr from Rs 5.40 cr. Board approved 30000 TPA synthetic yarn expansion at Rs 75 cr cost, expected to add Rs 300 cr in yearly revenue. 14 MW solar plant is now live, reducing power costs. Stock split 1:5 with face value of Rs 2 effective. H1 operating cash flow was negative at Rs 16.13 cr.
Capacity expansion and solar savings are positives. CIRP status and negative operating cash flow remain key watchpoints. Stock split may improve liquidity.
