Sumit Woods reported Q3 FY26 results. Standalone 9M revenue fell to Rs 25.58 cr from Rs 99.11 cr last year. Consolidated 9M revenue dropped 37 percent to Rs 69.28 cr from Rs 110.28 cr. Consolidated 9M net profit was Rs 4.68 cr versus Rs 6.29 cr earlier. Auditor SSRV and Associates gave an unmodified opinion. Mr. Subodh Nemlekar resigned as non-executive director due to health issues; his wife Mrs. Kavita Nemlekar appointed to fill the vacancy.
Sharp revenue decline is a concern for shareholders. Director change due to health is neutral. Watch project pipeline and order book closely.
