Unaudited consolidated Q2 revenue fell 2.4% year on year to ₹907.31 crore and profit after tax fell 5.8% to ₹167.40 crore. H1 revenue slipped 0.8% to ₹1,970.66 crore, while profit after tax rose 1.7% to ₹371.92 crore, helped by a ₹26.90 crore insurance gain booked in the June quarter. Operating cash flow was ₹446.83 crore. Glyphosate use restrictions remain paused pending court proceedings. Related-party transactions totaled ₹459.97 crore.
Quarterly sales, profit and margins fell, but H1 profit and cash flow stayed positive. The claim helps, while glyphosate rules remain a risk.
